Romero missed weight due to cutting too much height

I was watching the tale of the tape and Romero is 6 foot tall. He cuts down to 5'9 for his fights.

Here he is standing beside 6 foot tall Conor McGregor...

Is this worse inflation than Shane Carwins stats? I think part of the Romero appeal is that he is so short.

The worst is Conor, who says he weighed 174 in the ring while fighting at featherweight but only was able to weigh 168 when he jacked up, cut no weight and fought at welterweight. Also, Conor's reach grew from 71 inches from his early fighting career up to 74, then to 74.5. Most athletes lie about their stats, just like guys lie about their dick size, it is normal.

Not sure this big obsession with height, but romero is clearly a few inches taller than conor and a few inches taller would put him at 6 feet, given conor is 5'9..even though Romero is closer to the camera which will throw it off.

If he missed weight, wouldn't it be due to not cutting enough height? If he cut too much height, he would have come in under.

Normally he cuts down to 5'10 or so, but he only cut down to 6' for this. That's why he came in over.

Romero was legit. It’s just that left hand he didn’t weight cut it and it felt like a super heavy weights left hand hence why rockhold died

Yoel is not clearly a few inches taller than Conor. He doesn't even look 1 inch taller and that's Conor barefoot.
