Depends on when he doped compared to when he tested. Each type of Test has different half lives due to the molecular structure. If he juiced on Monday with a longer chained test, and pissed on Wednesday his shit could be stupid high. This does not necessarily imply abuse but it could be poor timing....just Saiyan!!!!!!!

Not necessarily. Most trt is cypionate or enanthate , half lives are very similar. Most trt docs advise injecting twice a week to keep concentrations more level. Secondly the ester determines how fast the testosterone enters the bloodstream. If he injects 75 mg on Monday, he doesn't have all 75mgs right away.
