rival rsv2 vs fairtex bgv9

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some new gloves either 12 or 14oz. the gloves will be only used on heavy bags and mitts. For sparring and partner exercise I will using my fairtex bgv1 14oz.

Is the Rival worth the price difference? I want a good feedback when hitting the heavy bag and I need space for my big thumb, for example my thumb don't fit in top king 12 oz.

I really like the craftsmanship of my bgv1 is the Rival comparable quality wise?

I would go with BGV9 if you want gloves to use only on the bag and pads. They are truly amazing gloves.

The RS2V offer great protection for the knuckles but the wrist support is lacking a bit. They are awesome sparring gloves and a lot of pros uses the lace up version for bag and mitts, but the padding won't last as long as the BGV9s.

Stick with Fairtex.
