RIP Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali will always be a legend. One of the greatest athletes in history and will be spoken of in the far future as we view legends of the distant past today. RIP champ.

i was never a fan of Ali and aint one still but I do have a fav fight of his. The first Patterson fight. That shit belong in the other thread cause Ali made Patterson( a great fighter) look bumish.

I just had ESPN on, watching baseball highlights when they interrupted with the announcement of his death and an Ali tribute. Ironically, I was blindsided like a stiff jab from the Ali Shuffle when Stephen A. popped up.

I wouldn't say Patterson was great, and I'm not meaning to demean him since he was kind enough to autograph one of my pictures. But that was still an iconic fight in Ali's career.
 
I am not a big fan of how he treated Joe Frazier, but this man deserves recognition for what he has done in the sport of boxing.

Always entertaining, quick witted and practically transcended the sport.

I am not talkng ATG hw or ATG fighter but I think Patterson was a elite/top tier fighter/champion. He did go to war when he shouldnt have,
