Loved his scoring. Gonna miss you, Harold.

We need to replace these guys with better than what we have now...

These guys are the sounds of boxing for the last 20-30 years......and i dont see anyone replacing them

Fuck man. First Bert, now Harold. They come in 3's, as they say, I wonder who's next.

Shit, Rest In Peace, Harold.

And for posterity's sake "OKAY, JIM."

And

"He really whacked him one."

One of the great voices of HBO and boxing. May he rest in peace.

Ok Jim.

Well, I gotta tell ya.

Dude was an enjoyable commentator who was around for such a long time. Such a prolific guy will surely be missed

No matter how hard we pretend it isn’t, boxing is about History. Harold is part of it.

RIP

RIP

I don't know if I agreed with any of his scorecards during the last 15 years that he was working, but he always seemed like a nice guy and was a big part of that broadcast, which was a huge part of my life from childhood.

Shame to hear. He definitely made his mark on boxing and always seemed like a decent guy. RIP.

Never agreed with Harold's scoring style but always appreciated his enthusiasm and commitment to the sport. A true friend to the sport is gone.

Part of my youth is gone. Great part of boxing history and a great fan. Sad sad news.

Lampley always the hbo whore "As deeply saddened as I am by his passing, I am equally deeply joyful that he made it to the final bell on Dec. 8. Nothing was more important to the legacy of HBO Boxing, so in that we can all take solace. Now his scorecard is complete."

Just had to Google to check Larry was still live and kicking

Old boy is 88, he's doing well

Loved hearing his scoring. A real boxing icon. RIP.

RIP

I always enjoyed hearing him on HBO. When I think of HBO boxing I think about my Father and my Brothers.

Rest in Peace to an Icon.

Wether I Agreed or Disagreed with Harold when I was mature enough to draw out my own scores. The mans voice played a big role since the moment I fell for the sport.

Quick, smooth and to the point with his accent, his input and his voice was one of a kind, a legend who’s voice will always be unforgettable for as long as there's fights on tape.

R.I.P Señor Harold....

Wow, both him and Cooper were from cancer. Crazy Merchant lasted longer than Harold. RIP
