News RIP Elias Theodorou

Regardless of your opinion on his fights, dying from liver cancer at 34 is so sad. I hope he found peace with the situation, and spent the last few years with those he loved, doing what he loves.

This is fast. This is like Easy E dying g of aids a mo th after finding out. Just weird as he seemed fine like a month ago. Crazy

So true. It really makes you reconsider how cool living actually is. I'm glad you were on the good side of it, although it's still no walk in the park after all that.
Thank you, it is the most humbling experience I've lived through. Also, it was also the best thing that happened to me, my lifestyle is 180 degrees from the way I used to live.

Was just talking about him on Saturday, one of the girls in the room asked if there has ever been a ring boy instead of a ring girl and nobody in the room could come up with his name ( we we’re pretty toasted at that point ) woke up this morning and was really shocked.
Seemed like a really nice guy , been looking at social media today and the martial arts community up here is really hurting, everyone who came in contact with him has nothing but great experiences with him .
Way too young to go

RIP, that's a tough pill to swallow. On paper the man had everything going for him, just goes to show you that you life is short and that we should never take it for granted.

You never know the struggles people go through in their private lives. By all accounts, he had it all - talented, athletic, handsome and loved/respected by all that came into contact with him. I'm in disbelief that he passed away so young. He was part of a new wave of Canadian MMA talent that came into their own after GSP showed people that Canada could produce world champions.

Condolences to his family and friends. If there was ever a silver lining to this, he probably lived more in his 34 years than most people live in a lifetime. UFC fighter, Ring Boy, Champion of Medical Marijuana, and all around good guy. RIP Spartan.
