That’s crazy. Can’t even imagine going from a diagnosis to death in 3 weeks. Very sad and scary. Makes me think I should stop putting off routine doctor visits as something like this your only chance is to catch it early.

From what I understand, it was his own doing to an extent. He apparently ignored a lot of warning signs, and only got checked out when his body really started to break down and he couldn't bear it anymore.
