Would be nuts if they didn't. I know a few people who've had heart attacks in their sleep in their late 30s and 1 early 40s, but one was like 280 lbs and on steroids for years and the other had a genetic heart issue that wasn't diagnosed and his dad also died late 40s when we were in high school.

It happens, but definitely not common at all.
