Wow! I know Bert was a hard hitter, but that is quite the compliment, coming from Oliver McCall.

Rest in peace to Smokin' Bert. He was always one of my favorites. I consider myself fortunate to have been able to see him live in '92 against Rocky Pepeli. We had ringside seats and I will never forget seeing the massive puncher Bert stop Rocky. Thanks for the great memories and moments Bert and God Bless!
