He wasn't granted bond again. He's been out on bond since (his first kidnapping charge) earlier this year and it turns out he wasn't arrested last night. They have not located or arrested him in connection to Aniah. They're looking for him now though because they've ID'ed him as the person of interest.

With that rap sheet though, he's more than a "person of interest" I'm sure. I think there's an actual warrant out for kidnapping her.

That dude, *if* he is guilty of all of this, should never get out. This is the *reason* why people are kept away from society : for FUTURE PROTECTION of the innocent from violent crime from people who have committed previous heinous acts. The system is *broken* if this does not happen.

This guy is quite obviously (sorry , not sorry) a permanent repeat offender from way back when and I hope they absolutely throw the book at him, and I pray somehow the poor 19-yr old girl is still alive and found, and recovers from her ordeal thru time. God knows if that is the case.
