Which is why Conor will get destroyed in boxing. He cant run 10,000,000km to get a decision.ring gives less chance of running therefore they engage more
imho it´s more exiting

The ring can def kill the flow of the fight+1 for smaller cage. I started watching UFC before I saw Pride and guys falling out of the ropes and constantly having to be reset always irked me.
This is coolWhy not both fused...

I like the cage. Makes sense to me and I have fought 10 times professionaly. 1-2 in a cage. 7-0 in a ring. Dont know how that comes into play.I say ask the actual people that work in both, i.e. the fighters. The cage keeps them from falling out of the ring, plus there are no corners in an octagon shaped ring which is either good or bad for the fighters. You'd have to ask them.

Is that Conor during his boxing training?
Wall-n-stall is the other side of the coin.So basically because of all the crazy shit that is going on during an mma match, all types of flying shit and takedown and this and that, octagon is best, as it keeps things always in play throughout with no stop of action, other than a tap or referee
Gotcha
Octagon benefit wrasslers more whereas the ring benefit strikers.
