Title and combat sports they were just so stiff and unforgiving.

I've only used the fairtex version and I actually sprained my wrist on my first punch (using 8 oz bag gloves with no wrist support). However, my coach wear similar gloves and can hit it full force...

I wonder if the softness will make the foam break down faster, I've seen fairtex wall bags last a many years of serious gym use.

No, the softness of foam doesn't really regulate if it will last long and stuff, rather the quality.

Ive seen title wallmounts last forever too but theres NO padding on those suckers!

I think this bag will last a very long time, you don't really get a Loud pop from the bag though, but I love it man, so do my work out partners. So Im not the only one working out on it, 2 other guys put rounds on it, so my bags get 3x the amount of work put in.

the fairtex one has been said that its stiff, before getting it I was told the same thing from a vendor.

The twins one looks just as padded as the R2C version.

I decided on the R2C because I was able to talk to Mohsin on the phone and ask specifics about it. No one had a clue on the twins version when I had asked, and the Twins one was more expensive, it lacked a extra padded "Head" jabbing target, as shown on the pic.

Hmm ive never dealt with twins before where it bounces stuff off. Ive only dealt with the hard, super hard, non padded ones hehe.

No this one doesn't really rebound your punches I assure you, its very soft so it doesn't quite feel like hitting a hit quality heavy bag but its pretty close.

I see you have yours setup in the garage. I live in a basement suite and have setup my heavy bag to be vibration free to the upstairs, so I wanted to know how much transmitted noise or vibration this bag makes into the wall when you are working it?

I'd love to mount one up but if it rattles the upstairs my landlord would not be very happy.

To be honest it depends on the wall structure itself. Every wall will be different.

But for me I don't get any upstairs noise at all but on the other side of the wall yes, but that's still MY wall.

to mitigate that I went to Michaels, and bought a 4 inch thick foam square and put it behind the Bag so it sound proofs it a lot better, it mitigates it, but doesn't get rid of it.

to get an idea of what it would sound like find some dry wall and hit it with the meaty side of the hand, closed fist with a glove on. That's what the bag would sound like.
