Seems like there should be a Dereck Lewis joke thrown in here.

She is hot. I love rin!
She got robbed against Leslie Smith to be honest

Nakai won her showcase return fight by KO in the first. Rizin's Sakakibara said after the fight that he wants her to compete at Rizin's May 6th event

It was a squash match. Young-Ji Kim came in with a record of 1-2, while Nakai came in at 19-2. Most of Nakai's career is squash matches.

Was this at 125? She's ripped to shreds in that weigh-in.

Does anyone know what Kim weighed in at? This was the lightest weight requirement of her (short) career.

Thought I'd like to share the fight result.
I was never able to find a full fight video.

It's easy to do when she is fighting no hope novices
It was a tune-up fight before the May 6th Rizin event.
Rin Nakai didn't fight for over a year because she was sitting out the rest of her Pancrase contract.
So she did it to stay active.

There are rumors that she may fight Kana Watanabe next at the May 6th Rizin event.
That would be a really competitive fight. Both are excellent judokas

Kana Watanabe's March fight was a BS draw which sucks.

She hasn't fought anyone decent since losing to Smith. It's officially a pattern. Murata has potential, but had no business fighting at 125.

The fight with Raika was decent. Raika used to be a boxer. So she has better standup than Nakai. Since losing to Nakai, Raika is on a 6-fight winning streak.

Also, the fight with XFC Australia flyweight champion Charlene Watt was good too. It really showcased Rin's vicious GnP.

Rin was going to fight Lipski in KSW, but i think she couldn't due to injury. I would like to see that fight more than one against Kana Watanabe.

To be honest, Nakai vs Murata was a match i wanted to see for a while. To me, i think RIZIN was testing the idea of bringing more female Japanese Olympic wrestlers into the ring. I thought Murata's striking was improving before the fight and we know how awkward Rin's striking is. Murata also won her fight in KOTC and mentioned that she wanted more fights in the US. So i wanted to see how she compared to Rin (even with the weight difference).
