Well, males are programmed by millions of years of evolution to spread as much sperm as possible to pass on their genes. Sperm is pretty much unlimited, the wasted sperm get replaced, you're fertile at almost all ages, and ejaculating costs almost nothing. Females are naturally selective because of the health and economic risks of pregnancy and of being abandoned with a child. Eggs are limited in production and become useless after a certain age. Sex is more of a commitment for a woman, and a few years of contraception aren't gonna do away with millions of years of evolutionary programming. A failed condom might mean years of mental, physical and economic costs (modern alimony laws aside).

So, there's naturally a big difference, and a woman having sex indiscriminately for money isn't something to be expected on a grand scale, in general, if she has access to other choices that pay the same or more, although I don't think that this alone should be enough to reach immediate conclusions about someone because people differ a lot from each other.

At the same time, there's a bit of a difference between sleeping around and literally taking hundreds of dicks and being double penetrated and jizzed on your face for money on camera, lol.
