Ben saddik is legit
Rico best attributes are his cardio (never tired, he is juiced like everyone else in GLORY but its the only HW who keeps the pace in later rounds) and his leg kicking game
Idk how sparring him can help ngannou honestly, maybe working on his cardio? ways to pressure gane better?
