Very interesting point- how much earlier was the weigh-ins this time anyways? Like if its only 2 hours thats one thing but I could see 6-12 hours making a bigger difference

It was about 8 hours.

I think they could weigh-in starting at 10 am yesterday. I watched an episode of embedded and Cruz said he would only have to be on weight for about 2 hours this time.

Hell yes it will make a difference.

When you dehydrate water comes out of the brain as well. That fluid is paramount to protecting the brain.

More cerebral fluid means better chins.

It was a window of 10 am-2 pm so it was a big difference. Cruz said it was a huge difference because he could wake up at 5 am and do the last little weight cut until 8 am and then would only have to keep weight off for 2 hours instead of waiting til like 6 pm. It will definitely help with the IV ban in place. Way more time to replenish. Wonder if rumble will be more dangerous if he's given this option because he puts on a ton of weight afterwards. Conor will also have an advantage

they can weigh in from 10-2 i think and the show was at 4 so it was a good amount of time depending on when they did it
