Guessing has something to do with the one month break and being restricted to two locations. They did the same thing July 11 (UFC 251) - July 18, throwing a Wednesday card in between.

Yeah, I don't think it's final. I just checked UFC.com they haven't separated the fights by main card/prelims. My guess is we will see a new additions. None of those fights look like a main card fight.
