I wonder if he's enhanced at all, even if it's just TRT.

Given his history and age it would be a near medical miracle if his body still produces any amount of testosterone, and ya can't do much muscle building without it.

Not even hating on it if he is, just genuinely curious. Out of competition I couldn't care less what someone does with their body, and in competition I'm a little more on the "they all do it" side of the isle, but fully realize it's against the rules.

I don't have any personal experience with this, but from what I understand, after years of using gear and then quitting, the body shuts down its natural ability to produce testosterone. As a result, these guys need to be prescribed TRT for the rest of their lives just to maintain normal hormone levels. The issue arises when they are over prescribed TRT.

He always said towards the end of his career he'd "size down" because it wouldn't be long term healthy.

Really great to see - he's exploring new, healthy avenues. Wim Hof, different diets, longevity, new training methods exploring new topics and promoting them to a generation of fans.

Multi-dimensional, really reinventing himself over & over, always developing as a person.

Always a nice thing to see for sure

I think Wim Hof really extended his career.
 
Prime Ubereem was a specimen and we don’t deserve what him and others put their bodies through for our entertainment

Hopefully ‘reem can still get the hot poon just based on his history cos he sure still deserves it in retirement
