What do you guys think about RBF?

Is it just a bad roll of the dice that some people have it or is it actually an insight into their true nature/default mood?

I used to have it. I think it's an insight into your true nature.

I got a job as a server and I was told I looked angry all the time. Even when I was happy! Thing is, I'm not used to smiling a lot so my muscles in my face were balanced in a way (some weak, some strong) that made my "resting face" nothing close to a smile.

So I started smiling a lot, even when I wasn't happy and gradually my facial muscles rebalanced themselves, and I no longer have a "resting bitch face".

A lot of your "resting face" has to do with which muscles are stronger than others, and obviously the ones you use more often are stronger. So your resting face is a true reflection into your nature.
