Resizing pics

HTML is disabled, therefore how can one resize pics that are enormous so as not to interrupt the look of the boards? Mahalo in advance for your help.

To which pics are you referring? Ones you post as attachments? Those you have to resize on your own, pretty much any imaging software does it. If you have photoshop I can tell you how to use the image resizing feature.

u can open it with paint and then click IMAGE, then STRETCH/SKEWER and make it like 50%

I mean pics you're posting with tags, be it or if there was any way to get HTML enabled for certain users, than using HTML. Delta understands that he can resize each of them using Paint, but that would take alot of time being that there are alot of pics. It's an event I'm trying to cover in a subforum.
