what is this insanity program you speak of?

It's interval training with bodyweight exercises. But instead of doing "traditional interval training" where you go 100% for a few seconds with longer rest periods in between, he FLIPPED IT UPSIDE DOWN, and has you go 100% for longer periods with only a few seconds of rest in between. He calls it "Max Interval Training!" Apparently by working out at 100% intensity for 40 minutes per day you can get a year's worth of results in only two months!!

dannng those people can do 100% intensity for that long? that's insane!
I'm just curious as to how they build up their back and biceps since they never show anything using pulling muscles.
I know running is good for cardio but i find it boring... will replacing running with the insanity program give me tje same results or better?
