I don’t know why it is so hard to understand, that there is a big difference in trying adjust your circadian rhythm to perform your best in the early morning hours?Why wouldn't he just change his sleep schedule as he does when he fights in Vegas? Makes no sense
That means waking up in the middle of the night when it’s dark and going to sleep when the day is bright.
Traveling to an another time zone and adjusting to that rhythm is much more easier. Everyone who has ever traveled and worked night shifts knows that and the literature backs it up too.
It could be that the outcome of the flight would have been the same, but it is bs to act like the timing doesn’t affect you.
Let’s have the guys with religious holidays also train in the night when they can eat and drink, and sleep during the day when they are supposed to fast. Then that shit will not affect their training camps and fight schedules anymore.
