I always feel people are too harsh against refs. Only remember mistakes and never their good calls. It's one of those jobs pretty much every ref gets hate here. Calling fights too soon or too late sticks with the refs.

For some reason Dana sees Herb as the gold standard but he is one of the worst refs in the UFC, even outside of late stoppages he always get too close to fighters when they're trying to recover or he's miles away.
