the referee needs to get between the fighters big john has always said this, this is a tko!

how the commentators and no fighters are aware of this is beyond me, similar to GDR situation the strikes were completely fine, this is incompetence of the referee. Big john always says he sticks out his arm and if a strike goes over it after his arm is straight then it is illegal

Yep, Dolloway shouldn't have let his guard down until the ref stopped it as well.

Lombard is going to get robbed,

How is he supposed to stop a combo half way when the bell goes?

Nope. You stop when you hear the end round bell.

People are gonna give you shit for playing devil's advocate but yeah, I agree.

Ref's fault for not stepping in. CB Dollaway's fault for not protecting himself at all times. Lombard is getting fucked over.

Ref just yelled "time" and didn't step between the fighters like they're supposed to.

Garbage decision.

CB quit. He wants that easy DQ pay. LOL

The guy landed with his hands. His head didn't bounce off the mat.

When you factor in the fact that he is trying to milk a minor elevator incident, you get a clearer picture of what type of guy he is. LOL

Great actor.

He didn’t let his guard down. He was resetting after his own strike(s). Lombard is dirty as hell. That’s why Lombard made that pointing gesture toward CB after the obvious-foul.

Shouldn't be a DQ...shots were 1 second late, but the combination had already started

....and......I think CB was acting too much...."wha happen"....."wha happen"....

Dolloway was never going to block that punch no matter when it was thrown. Ref fucked up by not being close enough to stop the fight on the bell.

Ref should get between them at the bell

If cb did let his guard down he shouldn't have

Hector should be dq'd even if he didn't hear the bell

Crazy stuff though

Having the ref end the round instead of the Bell seems a little dangerous

This is professional fighting and you're not suppose to throw last minute shots when punches connects after the bell.

Though I think CB was acting it up a bit, he just got hit with a clear DQ punch that rocked him, why should he tough it out and get KO'd a minute later when Lombard was the one that hit him after the bell?

Ref should have took that punch for CB. Man up!
