Reebok deal: what about Nike/Adidas sponsored fighters?

Don't know why people think they will be fucked?

Reebok is the sponsor of the EVENTS, not the individuals. There is a difference.

IT is like World Cup official sponsors was Adidas or Winter Olympics official sponsor was Samsung, that doesn't mean they can't be PERSONALLY sponsored by Nike or use iPhones...

EVENT sponsor and PERSONAL sponsor are not the same thing.

You don't know the details of that contract genius.

All you know is that UFC n Dana said fighters will get the part of the deal.

Same ppl who've been caught in lies over n over.

At one point you gotta wise up n realize that a liar is always a liar.

UFC will sign the deal with reebok, not the fighters. They don't have the union to guarantee them anything.

Of course once the deal is on effect, UFC will give you the global expansion story n that will be the reason why fighters aren't getting any of the reebok deal n a tool like you will believe it.

I mean why would UFC act all greedy n impose that sponsorship fee n screw fighters outta tens of thousands of dollars, just to sign an exclusive deal with reebok n all te money will go to fighters?

To a person with functioning brain it doesn't make sense.

But players signed with nike or puma could still wear those products during World Cup.

Fighters will no longer receive good deals or any deals from nike or Adidas if their products won't be seen during the events.

Does this new Reebok deal include the sponsorship banner fighters hang over the side of the cage?

If they are still allowed to have it, Im sure MM could have a huge XBOX logo on it.

And if so, the fighters can walk out with their banners opened all the way to the cage...

Like the guy above me said, 2 different companies.

If Adidas was interested in UFC they would probably signed the deal themselves, instead they let reebok have it.

If it turns out to be a good deal, they'll just take it from reebok after the deal is over.

They probably just switch to reebok once their deal is done.

Look at basketball, reebok doesn't have any more athletes under contract

Adidas will focus on big sports like football, basketball, soccer n let reebok have mini sports like crossfit n mma
