Red Skin Potatoes

    Had these suckers with dinner tonight. Steamed them up...

    Anyone swear by these things???? How much better is it for you than a standard Idaho baked Potato???

    Potatoes are bad mojo dude.

    I prefer the red ones though. They take longer to cook, and boiling is the way to go...a little olive oil and italian herbs, butter, Yep.

    Good for post work out snack maybe.

    Well potato is potato if you're going by starch and all that stuff (except for sweet potato I think)


    But yeah, this stuff is really good. I also really like baby potatoes with fillet mignon.



    Grilled, boiled, broiled, baked, fried, bbq'd.....you've have to be a complete idiot to find a way to make potato taste bad (assuming it's fully cooked)
