Red Hot Chili Peppers

Great Band. though i don't like a whole bunch or their songs but that goes for every band/singer.

Been said earlier in the thread - without out John they are mediocre at best.

Saw them in 2003 with John and it rocked.

Saw them this past November 2012 and it was okay. Anthony is not a very good singer but the point is the energy and effort he puts in to the show. He's gotta lose the :eek::eek::eek: look though.

Flea killed it in that 'bust a move' video.

Was a fan at Mother's Milk. Blood sugar was ok. I've picked up a few of their albums along the way and I think I have their latest 'Here with you' ? Is that what it's called?

Saw them in concert once, and unfortunetly I don't remember anything about it. I wasn't drunk or on drugs or anything, it just wasn't memorable. 2003 I think?

Agree with everyone who says they aren't the same/as good without John.

If anyone hasn't checked out Frusciante's solo works, I would encourage you to do so.

"Give it Away" made it safe for white folks to rap in our highschool during the nineties.

I saw them at Lolapalooza in '93(?). They were okay. Not really a fan any more.

Without john i think.they are mostly forgettable. They have been rehashing the same music for a while now. I liked everything up to by the way but stadium and the newer album are forgettable.

stadium arcadium was their best album to date, and i've been listening to them since the 80's.

yeah, he's extremely talented, definitely not as good without him.
