Recommend a TV set-up for me please

Well I already have the TV, so help a noob who knows squat about technology fill-in the rest


TV: 65” LG OLED B7A

Blu-ray player: ??

HDMI cord: ??

Soundbar: ??

Roku/Kodi/Firestick/etc: ??




I live in an apartment currently, so I’m not getting subwoofers or a big set-up for speakers....so probably a lower end soundbar only for now.

I don’t know anything about streaming services or firestick, etc. Someone please point me in the right direction.

I realize Blu-ray are a thing of the past (with digital streaming), but I’d still like to get a decent Blu-ray player and don’t know what kind to look for, or which hdmi cord to get. Someone said 2.2 minimum is what I should look for.

Your TV is smart. You know that right? You might need a Chrome ultra if you want to steam HDR YouTube.

Need an HDMI for a 4k player. You don't want a normal Blu-ray.
