Recomendations for cheap or free VSTs? (Less than $20.)

I'm always looking for good, cheap VSTs for my DAW as they can inspire to create different kinds of music. Anyone have any good recommendations. I don't want list all the cheap VSTs I have because it's quite a few, but if you recommend something, I'll tell you if I have it already and check it out if I don't.

As for the less than $20 thing. I'm not poor, but I just can't justify spending more than this as I've found a ton of VSTs already which are great for less than this price. It seems VSTs have a steep diminishing rate of return.

I mean it depends on what your after. VST is a pretty general term. Do you want Delays, Synths, EQ's? Gotta be a little more specific and $20 isnt going go get you much.

Anythiing... effects, instruments, synths. I already have a ton of great VSTs for less than $20.
