It's really hard to say, punch speed in general isn't something that people have ever had a crystal clear way of measuring. As I said earlier, you won't need to worry about working on the actual speed of your punches for a long while. You will spend a lot of time just training your technique, which is where most of the speed and power comes from anyway (plus the physical act of punching will aid in training those muscles anyway)

ren1.JPG It appears that Hiramoto Ren is going to retire from kickboxing and is now concentrating his efforts into MMA. He is scheduled to make his MMA debut for RIZIN later this year, possibly in August (?). First Kubo and now Hiramoto making career changes. I wish them good luck.

Ren said a shitload of stuff, he wanted to fight Allazov
now he's MMA full time
