Social Really unexpectedly good WW2 film

i just saw one of the best ww2 film s in my life and it was totally unexpected.


it stars tom hanks and is called greyhound (i think it was released a couple years ago but never got any momentum but its become a cult classic).


no its not about a busdriver saving a busline..


its actually a really really good film about northern atlantic ocean warfare between US ships transporting soldiers/equipment to UK and the german submarines that are stocking them within 'The Black Pit' - (the 300-to-800-mile stretch where ships couldnt have air support.

really worth a watch if you like war movies.

It belongs in mayberry. But if you want to troll people and tell them it triggered you in some way then it belongs here.
 
There's another unknown WW2 movie that is seriously underrated called "Saving Private Ryan." Ironically, it also stars Tom Hanks.
