AJ dropped the shit out of him

Rewatched DC vs Gus and I don't know what I saw the first time for me to think Cormier def won

He barely won 2 rounds! Got dropped in the 3rd and almost finished..

My point is, in realizing this, why's everyone talk about "how much greater" he's gotten since his and Jon's last fight? I actually think he didn't evolve much at all just got better cardio, Jon and Gus and AJ took him down when he's supposed to have this unbeatable wrestling ..

And the being dropped by both AJ and Gus? Leads me to believe his chins suspect, Gus really almost finished him

That being said, I've def got Jon by TKO // KO , he'll be the one to finally put DC away

What do you guys think? Seriously think about it & rewatch the Gus fight, he did beat Daniel no matter what anyone says, and at 37 he's become chinny!

Rumble can do that to almost anyone so no surprise there. Gus has sneaky power. Jones' face said it all.

DC is certainly on the decline. Gus and a gassed AJ were able to take him down. This new Uber Jones will destroy him.

He beat AJ on three weeks notice and had an easier duel than Jones had with Gustaffsson.

Rumble and Gus are dangerous strikers.

For Jones to do anything similar he would have to land a big knee. I feel DC has better hands and will dominate the boxing exchanges but Jon can definitely land some body kicks and set up a flying knee.

He was untouched in his first 15 and in his last three has lost once, been dropped twice, been taken down six times, barely best Gus, and is also 37. Age is catching up to him.

Flying knees to wrestlers...best takedown defense.

Or he prevailed while facing adversity. Glass half full or half empty.

Jones could have sustained an injury to his anus or rectum if his jail time was rough.

He was probably dropped as a baby too

He still won the fights....Troll.

DC should been awarded the keys to a brand spanking new Roll's Royce for recovering from that haymaker from Anthony Johnson. I thought he was going to be fast asleep.

He's learned a lot from those fights TS. If you cannot see it then rewatch them until you do. Getting dropped by the elite of the division isn't a big deal. The fact that he fought through it and came out victorious should tell you something.

His chin could defo look worse in the fight against Jones. Hopefully the fight's actually happening

Jones barely trained for gus. That is now common knowledge. Unless partying and drinking all the time is training.

Eh I know what you mean, but I think getting dropped and taken down does matter when you're champ

He was gifted that W over Gus, Jon's going to teach his aging, chinny ass a lesson lol

You're an idiot. When you're pushing the pace striking sometimes you leave yourself open to a takedown. Noob. No one has ever done something with a takedown to DC.

I recall him getting straight back up from that knee and wrestling.

His chin is incredible. He got hit half way across the octagon by Johnson and didn't seem too fazed and Gus hit him flush on the jaw with a knee and he recovered almost immediately (he was no where near being nearly finished)
