Real boxers height

Fury being a bit over 6'7 seems about right, he's a bit shorter than David Price, who's a legit 6'8 and a bit taller than Joyce and Vianello, who are both legit 6'6.

He's also standing a bit further behind them, he's a bit taller than Joyce.

I'd say he is an inch to an inch and a half taller than Joyce which would put him at 6'7" to 6'7.5". And that would make sense that he is just a shade taller than Wilder.

Yes, that sounds reasonable and legit.

You can't tell how tall someone is by photos. Posture, footwear, camera angle, etc. all factor into it. Some people just naturally carry themselves less slumped over than others.

At the championship level in boxing you can be assured that the list heights are reasonably accurate--they are part of the physical.

When stats are grossly misstated, I've often wondered if it could generate lawsuits from the betting public. Rich Franklin vs. Anderson Silva comes to mind, Silva was listed as 2-3 inches shorter than franklin when in fact he was at least an inch taller. If I lost a bunch of $$ on that fight, I would be pretty pissed.

Well it's was pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain cell that Luis Ortiz didn't have a one-inch reach advantage over Deontay Wilder. But I could imagine people being pissed off when he got picked off at range by Wilder in their first fight. And that's not even bringing into question his real age which was highly suspect too.

Ortiz may have a reach (arm span) advantage, but height factors more into usable reach than arm span.

No that's my point. Ortiz's reach was listed totally wrong. They said that he had an 84" reach, it turned out it was actually 78". That's why I don't believe his official age either.
