Switch to optical sights.

An Iris or a mircosight may help, (assuming you're talking rifles here?)

I don't know, this is all new to me. I know the sights are blurry if I don't wear them, and the target is blurry if I do wear them

Are you talking iron sights or magnified optics?

Pistol or rifle?

If pistol can you tell if your sights are aligned still? Being able to focus on the sights isn't that important. Sight alignment while looking at your target matters.
