Woodley could have easily won with his wrestling and he certainly had the power to KO RDA but as with all Woodley fights, you have to wonder what version of him is going to show up. If he cowers against the cage like he did against Rory (one of his many entries in the "worst mma performance of all time" list), he could have easily been dominated for a decision loss.
At this time though, Woodley seemed to be less in cower mode and more in "run away and stall" mode so I think it would have been an extremely lackluster decision where 1 or 2 big strikes/a takedown might sway judges in his favor while RDA lands leg kicks from a distance.
Either way, I hardly think it would be a performance that would impress or bring enjoyment to anyone. It's truly embarrassing for me to see people lazily rank the WW GOATs solely based on "number of title defenses" when it is painfully obvious they never actually watched those Woodley fights. If they had, they'd know that in no way, shape, or form do they add to Woodley's legacy... they detract.
