News RDA has undergone his third knee surgery in 14 months

Note to self, don't get surgery in Texas. Got damn.

RDA has always been a bad ass. He's had a ridiculous strength of schedule for years. I would say he should hang it up, but if he does come back for a fight or two, hopefully the UFC doesn't feed him to the wolves, and they pay him well.

Being an athlete meant everything to me. Its hard to shake your warrior dna thats ingrained in you. especially the older you get. I sure wish I could take back all the damage I did to my body at the end of my athletic "career" because I have and will pay for it for the rest of my life and it wasn't worth it. But something tells me this is RDA's 60th surgery and he dgaf

TEXAS!!!!!

He should have retired a long time ago.

I hate seeing legends go out like this.

holy hell. when he came back from his broken jaw and was training at speed of sport with Nick Curson for his S&C he looked like an absolute terminator.

He is a legend but his time is up, give him somebody like Miller, Guida or Siver so he can retire on a win.

One of my favorites, going through those surgeries as an athlete in your 40s is rough.

The easy, winnable fight for Conor that makes sense has been here all along

I feel bad for RDA, he's almost like Dom Cruz in that a lot of his career has been sidelined because of injuries, really shitty.
