RDA has always been a bad ass. He's had a ridiculous strength of schedule for years. I would say he should hang it up, but if he does come back for a fight or two, hopefully the UFC doesn't feed him to the wolves, and they pay him well.

Being an athlete meant everything to me. Its hard to shake your warrior dna thats ingrained in you. especially the older you get. I sure wish I could take back all the damage I did to my body at the end of my athletic "career" because I have and will pay for it for the rest of my life and it wasn't worth it.
