His legs and arms are fat not skinny lol, he has a pic with shorts and he has huge fat thighs and calves.
His arms and legs look bloated, does he take meds or have diabetes that usually happens.

Why did he get so big? Longo is a handsome mofo, if you seen his pics when he was in his 30s, dude was tall dark and handsome, tan skin and light eyes with dark hair. And in shape.

Now he is pale, bloated and worn out, one would think he would be lean the guy constantly trains fighters and sweats getting in good workouts daily yet he is fat.

Maybe its true he is on the pizza and pasta diet, if he just cut that out he wouldnt be fat
