I give it a 7/10. I like most of the names on here: Taisumov, Yan, Krylov, Oleynik, Arlovski and Khabilov (if confirmed).
It could be a bit more stacked if names like Makhachev and Magomedsharipov were on it. That would really be awesome. There is a small chance Makhachev may be on it, but Zabit, sadly none.

Ah! It is annoying, Zabit vs Yair should be on this card, it would automatically bump it up 2 points.

It would be really cool if Tumenov and Kopylov got signed.

I expect the next Russia card to be better, but this is definitely a solid start.
