Rashad should drop to 185 if he wants to save his career as a top fighter

You don't just drop weight classes at 36. If he cant contend at 205, 185 would be worse, and he loses any advtanges he had at 205.

Rashad's problem is mental, afraid of getting hit, and consequently, he cant mount any offense whatsoever.

I guess he could fight guys like Machida (who hopefully would beat him again) and Hendo. But I really think all those guys should retire.
