rashguard for surffing and rashguard for grappling are they the same shit???
cause on e-bay and where i live, there's a much wider choice of surf rashguards
This is taught at our women's self defense class. Apparently it is a nearly flawless approach, but once you have fallen victim to the rash guard once, you aren't afraid to dive right in the next time. So it is not fool-proof.
My advice is to steer clear of the rash guard. Or else next thing you know you could be a rash guard player yourself.
