rash guard sizing

I'm interested in Full Contact Fighter rash guards, but I don't know what size I should get. I'm 6'1", about 185 lbs. I heard XL is the best size for someone like me to buy, what do you guys think?

all rash guards are different i know the atamas run small but cant help you id call them too they have been really helpful to me in the past....

i buy one size larger than my regular shirts, but each brand is different

I'd definitely like to try the FCF rashguard, so far the one that I've been the happiest with is the cheapy one from Wal-Mart.
