Media RARE SIGHTING Robbie Lawler interview with Jaxxon podcast

I was really into this show for a short period, the fighters trust and respect Rampage so they open up to him , it’s the co hoast , the little jerkoff guy , his schtick gets old pretty fast

That guy essentially created the show and got Rampage to join him. He has a rich dad and a bunch of investors through connections. Yes he sucks balls as a co host but I'm pretty sure he does almost all the work and rampage just shows up to the podcast.

His speech sounds pretty good, which is encouraging given all of the punishment he has taken. I'm not hearing signs of CTE like with others, at least not yet.

You think he sucks until you realize he’s a big reason why Page is able to keep the show light when he needs to. Basically the self deprecation allows Page to detract when topics get dry or even tense

If Bear wasn’t there the holland show would’ve likely turned into a brawl

Thank Pages rich cohost for that

Believe it or not but Bear is behind the scenes in a big way
I know, I watched some YouTube thing on him like a month or 2 ago. His dad's rich and with that money he opened a paintball league or something. He's a pro paintball player, I forget. But he's rich.

I don't even hate the guy, he just needs to bring it down a notch. He's pretty new to podcasting it seems some hopefully in time he'll mellow out. Hopefully the podcast will be around. Rampage is one of those dudes that I'm sure a lot of fighters like. Hopefully they stick with it, I think they've only been around for maybe a year and a half

Don't get me wrong here because it's my favorite mma podcast but there's plenty of room for improvement

Every single guest he calls the most requested ever, the best ever, the greatest. Shit gets real old.

Flow of the show. There are many times where Rampage and one of the guests is having a deep conversation, where it's getting really good and he just randomly cuts them off because Bear feels like it's time to move on to the next question or attempts to give his input. Really ruins it

He isn't a funny guy when he desperately tries to be and his voice is like a cheese grater to the ear.

Bear has been a big fan of MMA for a long time but his knowledge can be extremely lacking. The type of questions he asks sometimes really shows it. You'd never catch Ariel Helwani doing the same.

Beyond these things, I think the show is phenomenal. The quality of guests so far is insane and I'm sure it's because they pay them to come on. It's good to see Bear actively supporting guys like Rampage, Luke rockhold and TJ.

MMA podcasts? I don't think so

What other MMA podcast has fighters in person/studio? Most podcast pay guest to come on in person.
Jaxxon is practically the only MMA podcast that is solely in person, long form interviews. Most other MMA podcast are video call or voice calls.

MMA fighters getting paid a few grand to fly out to have an interview, train, networking and with Quinton Jackson as a host a OG an peer, you don’t think they respect him and are just doing it for the money?

I’ve been watching the Jaxxon Podcast since the beginning, there’s only two people who imo has shown lack of respect was Kevin Holland and Adrien Broner.

Show me any proof that any other podcasts pay MMA fighters to be there

What other MMA podcast is there that has in studio guest every week?

And if you read my post I clearly stated most podcast pay there guest to come on, that is true, that is fact. I didn’t say MMA podcast.

You believing solely that people are on this podcast because they got paid to be on kinda shows your lack of understanding of who Quinton Jackson is and where the Podcast actually takes place. Most if not all the guest are all connected, as in old friends, training partners, mutual friends & coaches. If you think their just for in it for the cash and not actually have admiration/respect for Rampage Jackson, then I would recommend watching the Podcast from beginning to now, because most guest are in the area and just stopped by to check progress of the gym and fighters trsining out of there. There’s only been a few guest who looked & acted like they were just there for a “vacation or because I got paid to be there” i already named them in a previous post.

Page gets the best guests because they all can relate to Page and feel at ease talking to a fellow fighter, unlike some big nosed geek
