yeah historically atlanta was never much of a gang city until fairly recently (earliest i remember seeing Bs and Cs was in HS around 05-06 or so) so the politics that were in place beforehand overlaps with the gang stuff; you'll see dudes that claim different gangs from the same hood affiliate often.
