We need that Sano guy here to tell us these stats are wrong/misinterpreted and "not as bad as you think" nothing to complain about, keep letting them in.

It’s more than doubled since the change in definition in 2005, so I think that doesn’t explain it all away.

Indeed, it's kinda hard to blame a definition change and it still goes up the years following.
