Rank the top 10 all time LWS

Khabib
Penn
Alvarez
Henderson
Edgar
RDA
Oliveira
Gomi
Dustin
Pettis

That could be the difference in our rankings—I don’t weigh that, I specifically exclude it. If we’re doing a LW ranking, I evaluate a fighter’s fights at LW only.
Then Yeah, Definately. See I cant put charles because he lost decisively to both pettis and edgar but those fights weren't at LW either.

Nice to see alverez get his respect.

Bendo and Alvarez deserve a lot of respect, what they did in Bellator, Dream and the WEC was at the time world class, so having collected those titles and then coming to the UFC and claiming the UFC title too, cannot be underrated.

To the people criticizing Poirier on the lists, just look at his resume....Gaethje, Alvarez, Chandler, Pettis, McGregor, Miller, Diego Ferreira and he even smashed the Duffy hype train which was a huge deal at the time...shit his win over Max Holloway is about as impressive if not moreso than Islam edging Volkanovski, Max was the dominant FW Champ at the time on a huge win streak. Poirier can't be given enough credit. I think his greatness isn't directly correlated to his skills though considering his wrestling was always trash and he isn't that good off his back but he was very fortunate to fade a lot of the guys who could have exposed that during his rise up and to be frank, accomplishments are accomplishments...The guy has been a LW all time great even if theres guys below him or not on the list I feel would beat him.

I have Charles, but evaluating his LW resume only I think people often have him too high. He has a good resume, and title win with no successful defenses (I am one who thinks it you miss weight, you’re stripped, no defense). [DERP EDIT, he actually did have one defense, against Poirier.]
Bottom part of the top 10, guys like Benson, Eddie, BJ, RDA, and Gil all have better resumes than him.

Dustin Poirier should be where Eddie Alvarez is. Remove Chandler from your list and put Alvarez there instead

He has one succesful defense against dustin (won interim title from Chandler)

But i 100% agree I don't couldn't it as some "spirtual title defense" like some people like to.

I’m sorry, you’re right, one successful defense. Will edit.

If you are asking, "At their absolute peak, on their best night, who would be the favorite to beat everyone?"
It's going to sound wild but...

1. Islam Makhachev
2. Tony Ferguson
3. BJ Penn
4. Kevin Lee
5. Michael Chandler
6. Benson Henderson
7. Khabib Nurmagomedov
8. Michael Johnson
9. Conor McGregor
10. Eddie Alvarez
