definitely. He hasn't won near a big enough fight to warrant a title shot. But his record is impressive

Rafael Assuncao but it almost seems so self aware that all his fights are boring so he doesn't even demand one.

11-2 in UFC, 4 fight winning streak, last loss was a close fight to current champ and has a win over TJ and another over Marlon who is likely next in line.

They didn't want Rivera to get a title shot either cause of all his decisions, plus Marlon can actually ko people and has a more marketable look than Rivera, who kinda has that Chiesa-wino thing going on.
