For example when your on someones back (standing up) doing warm ups and you dismount does anyone sometimes get a sharp pain through their foot?I think my friend occasionally gets it?

Can anyone explain what it is?

Yes. I've asked several people and most said yes. Only the light guys, which leads me to believe it has to do with cutting off the blood supply.
