Media Rampage says that he cried when Henderson KO'd Bisping

talking shit will never equate to potential attempted murder and if you dont think it was the case you havent lived. Bisping was lucky to leave that relstively unscathed let ALONE win the rematch

I once saw a dude go into cardiac arrest after a similar situation and actual lesser blow than this

Potential attempted murder? It’s a cage fight and you strike till the ref pulls you off. If you don’t think this is the case, you haven’t lived.
I once saw a dude pull his head out of his ass to post some irrelevant bullshit on a karate forum.

You’re that dude.

Yeah but what did he really say that was so bad, it was light trash talk imo. Giving the guy possible severe brain damage or killing him is a bit much
It’s MMA, everyone gets brain damage and Bisping didn’t die; he went on to become champion. You strike till the ref pulls you off. Don’t like it? Change the rules.

Must have sucked for Rampage when Bisping started to talk shit about him publicly then, it kinda makes more sense as to why he was so pissed at Bisping for so long then...

... if he truly felt that was about Ping when the redcoat started to indirectly talk shit about him through various MMA medias for taking TRT <WhitmanDefeat>

Quinton's immediate reaction was to go full "OH YOU POS DID YOU FORGET THAT WE TRAINED TOGETHER YOU WERE SHOOTING PEDS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND TIKI AT WOLFSLAIR YOU LYING SCUMBAG"

Rampage then proceeded to bring it up unprompted in at least 3 of his interviews with either Katryn Bryant or Ariel, in a "and yes Bisping is a roid head btw" sorta way

Imma at least post one of those for context... lemme find it...
There we go, 27.40, time-stamped 'n sheit for your convenience

(11 years ago already, damn)

He claimed rampage was on steroids first

This made me laugh and laugh and laugh.

|100%. Garbage move. I liked Hendo. But never understood how that punch wasn't condemned more by the MMA community
Yeah just because someone talked trash that doesn’t justify giving them permanent brain damage or possibly killing them. Bispings trash talk was very light compared to what we have now anyway.

It wasn't really light trash talk. Bisping went in on everything from Hendo, to his country, to his wife, for 12 weeks straight on TUF. He got what he was asking for, which was an emotional Henderson. It just backfired. But where in the Hell did this concept that MMA fighters are supposed to be these honorable beings who know when a fight is over and should have more respect for their opponents and damage when they land a bomb?

Look, I can really appreciate it when a guy like Emmett sees it and walks off. It's a great look, and I'm always a fan. But Hendo did nothing wrong, and Bisping asked for it.

Were all of you saying that Hendo almost killed him just as upset when Black Beast laid waste to a completely knocked out Blaydes? Lewis said he was worried that Curtis was going to rise like the Undertaker and come back from the dead, and I heard next to nothing compared to you guys whining that Hendo should've been nicer to Bisping, of all people. The guy who clearly illegally kneed Jorge Rivera and then spit on his corner after the fight ended.

None of those guys deserved follow up punches. After seeing Mitchell seize up just by one punch it shows us that this shits not a joke. Follow up punches can give you permanent brain damage or even kill you. Fighters should be fined heavily for doing it

Fighters, or refs? I'm pretty sure the fight is only over after the ref stops it. You want a grown man, full of testosterone, with money on the line to HOPE that the shot they THINK put someone away did it. And when they walk away and the other guy gets up? Sounds like you have more of a problem with refs being late to stop. Or... maybe MMA just isn't for you.

Doesn’t matter it’s a big risk and it’s a POS move
It's a big risk? We just saw someone seize up after taking a single shot. Just stepping into the cage is a big risk. These are big boys that have made their own choices and know the consequences. Thanks for letting us all know you've never fought competitively.

And, for someone who has the moniker "ipowerslapmywife", even as a joke, to come in here and talk about men being POS in the world of competition is a lesson in irony that isn't lost upon us.

lol by your logic why even have the ref there, just let them fight til death right?

The guys that followed up with shots already 100% knew their opponents were out cold let’s be honest. I want to see guys get knocked out and good fights but I definitely don’t want to see fighters with a permanent disability or killed from follow up shots. There is a safe way to have these fights without anyone being seriously hurt

When has a fighter been killed, or given a permanent disability from follow up shots?

You're putting a lot of faith that these guys that fight for a living 'already 100% know their opponents were out cold'. But what if they weren't? What if they come back? What if the guy that thought he won by knockout loses? So that you can feel better about watching a violent sport be a little less violent. Watch kickboxing or MT, where there are no follow up shots. I'll say again... MMA may not be for you.

Your beef is still with the refs not getting there fast enough. You're just not smart enough to see it.

It REALLY doesn't. And the level of trash talk was low.. I mean, sportsmanlike... it was banter. Always with a smile .. ALWAYS. Nothing spiteful (See Conor and Colby for reference).. Na. It was fkn bad. He even gloated in post fight interview.... it's seen as a classic photo. I still like Dan. And Bisping is guilty of some shady shit too (See Rivera fight for reference).

But that was such a dick move. That is a black mark.

But Na... Paul Harris is a c*nt

Did you post the same condemnation after Lewis/Blaydes? If not, quiet down. If you did, I'm happy to see the receipts.

I did not. I am, like many, a culprit when it comes to selective outrage. This is the one being brought up now sow it's the one I'm referring to.. And I thoroughly agree .. That was garbage too. As was Rampage on Wandy. Weidman on Silva... and so on. Hitting a guy when you KNOW you have KO'd him is garbage.

But that was the worst one. IMHO. And it's never even really talked about.

"Quiet down" though mate? I'm not exactly coating anyone off.. it DID happen... it wasn't good
