i don't see the comparison other than they talked shit, but there's been hundreds of fighters who talk shit in MMA, that's hardly breaking ground.

i don't even like Conor but in his rise to superstardom his shit talking was way more effective because a lot of it was true. he analyzed the fighters and then put his analysis in the most blunt and to the point way he could and because it was true that's what made it hit so hard. he didn't bullshit, or call people derogatory names the way Rampage and a lot shit talkers do.
