Rampage’s son beats a wrestler into a coma! At in indie wrestling event!

Again, there's not a jury or judge in the world that would make the leap from "He agreed to participate in a bit that's part of a wrestling show" to "He agreed to be beaten unconscious and then gave consent to allow the other guy to CONTINUE beating him while he was unconscious, putting his life in jeopardy."

There's no muddying of waters at all.
MUDDY

0-1, only professional fight was a loss to a regional guy, and he cant control his emotions.
Your definition of "highly trained" and "alpha" compared to other people's may differ.
I never said no one was alpha, but he is a pro fighter who trained to be one. Only you for some reason think that means he's GSP or some shit

The GSP bit was about fighters being unable to control their emotions. Many can.
The person I originally replied to stated this:

You watch too many prison movies.

Rampage Jr would probably be an alpha in prison.

He's highly trained.

He's a guy that got worked by a regional jobber, is 5'9" and 200lbs after Thanksgiving dinner.

He is not "highly trained" he is a guy who is the son of an MMA fighter, and yes, trains and has had a pro fight, this does not make him automatically some prison alpha, nor a "highly trained" fighter, nor the only guy in the can who has trained and possibly even fought pro in the can.

Raja is below DWCS fighter levels, those guys are called cans all the time, no one is raving about how highly trained they all are.

Seems missing context pre-contrarian-take was your issue here ;)

Eh I see your point but but even "1 pro fight and trains" is worlds beyond the average dumbfuck in the bull pen.

Beyond most of them certainly, not enough to John Wick his way out of not getting stabbed in prison, and he's certainly not good enough for me to say "Yea there's no way some 6'6" gorilla won't pick him up and slam him similarly" or "I'm sure Raja can take on 5 guys at once."

I agree 100% Raja belongs in prison. I was only arguing a way PsychoStu could benefit financially from this. I don’t see Raja Rampage coming up with a shit ton of cash in a civil suit especially in prison. However his father could 100% change PsychoStu’s life financially. He should also sue the promoter who allowed Raja in the cage. (Unless he agreed to do a work with him.) We don’t know that. Who is left for Stu to gain maximum compensation from aside from Raja and an F league wrestling promotion? Rampage has the deepest pockets. Just saying … I feel horrible for Stu.

His son has no money so a civil lawsuit is pointless. But if Raja wants leniency in a criminal court hearing, that's where Rampages money is necessary. The victim and his family can say it was all a misunderstanding and that Raja isn't completely to blame. His time in prison will be a lot less I imagine

Bro I was in the Bahamas a few weeks ago. The water was so damn crystal clear you could see everything.

This is less muddy than that.😎

Poor fucking guy :(
Man I hope he's able to fully recover, his mind at the very least. That shit's heartbreaking.

That fucking lunatic better not get away with it.

Bones, ligaments, all that shit heals, 6-12 months

The mental part, that takes the longest. Years if ever

It makes it so much worse/sad that the guy is a vet with PTSD, and this situation probably fucks with him just that much more. Raja deserves nothing but pain.

Health update sounds like media reports are exaggerating how well Stu is doing. That kind of head trauma will take a while to heal from. He is not going to go home tomorrow with a headache and everything is normal or anything, he's taken a lot of damage.
